More about ThetaHealing®
History
Vianna Stibal created ThetaHealing® energy healing technique. She developed it in 1995 through not only her own recovery but also the recovery of others, and in 2006, she began teaching this method, which has since grown to a global level.
Vianna originally studied Taoism, nutrition, and herbal medicine for her own health issues. In 1994, she opened her own business and began working full-time in massage, nutritional counseling, and natural healing, before becoming a medium and intuitive healer.
In 1995, she was diagnosed with bone cancer in her right thigh bone, and was advised to have it amputated, and was told she had only a few months to live. Although she was very ill and in great pain, she continued to work and her innate abilities became more and more refined as she connected with the Creator. Finally, she decided to heal herself. She had never shied away from traditional medicine, always believing that the opinions of qualified doctors should be respected, which in most cases were completely correct, but she had a feeling that they were wrong. She trusted her intuition and the promptings she received from the Creator, and, as she had helped others, she began to apply her knowledge of naturopathy to herself. Meanwhile, the results of the biopsy came back, which showed no bone cancer. This completely confused the doctors. Vianna began to read herself, from which she received the information that she had mercury poisoning. Continuing the treatments on her own, doctors encouraged her that if she survived, she would need physical therapy to be able to walk properly.
Vianna has published several books, including several translations. If you are interested, read them, although it may not be easy to understand at first if you have not encountered the ThetaHealing® technique in person.
About the Method
ThetaHealing® is a process of bringing physical, mental, and spiritual healing through meditation, the tool of which is focused prayer directed directly to the Creator.
Although we use the concept of the Creator, the Creator of All, during the reading, ThetaHealing® has no religious connotations. None of its processes are tied to any age, gender, race, skin color, creed or religion.
The ThetaHealing® method does not replace professional medical care and treatments, but it is an excellent complement to modern medicine.
I personally believe that the mind, body, and spirit must develop in order to feel good about ourselves.
This spiritual lifestyle complements cognitive therapies (e.g. CBT, Schema Therapy) and other psychological therapies very well. We can achieve successful and lasting results faster by combining the two. This is my own experience.
In ThetaHealing® meditation, we reach the theta state of our brain waves, which is a very relaxed state that everyone knows, because before falling asleep and after waking up, our brain operates on theta brain waves, and in fact, between the ages of 2 and 7, our brain is almost exclusively in theta, except when we sleep (delta). This is why we don't remember much of this stage of our lives, or only in fragments. At this time, our beliefs, patterns, and habits that we learn from our environment and that give us security for the future are stored in our subconscious. Yes, this is why they also say that childhood traumas affect us the most here. Even as infants, we are affected by stress, regardless of the quality of our family situations, even at the moment of birth. However, as we get older, our personalities take shape, we become braver, we want to try more and more things, which is often accompanied by "you shouldn't do that because you'll fall; it'll definitely hurt; because you're a child; you can't do it; don't cry because you'll wake up your father, who works a lot" and I could list endlessly the good advice we received.
However, what worked really well as a child may not be what we need as adults, and in fact, they often hold us back. These programs running in the subconscious are what determine how we react to certain people and events, with what feelings, reactions, and thoughts. We change this.
The process, very briefly
Every problem has a root cause, and if we eliminate that, the problem will disappear.
We start the consultation with a short conversation, in which you tell me what changes you would like to achieve in your life. Then, through guided meditation, we will find the root of your problem. We will replace negative belief systems with positive ones and visualizing your healing process.
It is very important to mention again that we will only go back to your memories as long as your soul and mind can accept them. Major traumas, such as childhood sexual abuse, will most likely not appear to you visually, because it would be too much, but they will appear to you as films, drawings, symbols, etc., which is more than enough for us to work with.
The other important thing is that we don't change the memory, but we change our feelings, attitude, and reaction to it. What happened is what happened, it just won't upset you, hinder you, or make you sick anymore.
