If you are here, you have probably already developed a need for change.

On this page I will show you what I do – the inner work that is closest to my heart and that can bring relief, purification, and new directions to your life.

ThetaHealing® is a subtle yet profound inner work that helps us recognize and release subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and spiritual burdens that may be affecting our well-being and our lives.


When change occurs within, the body and life respond naturally – not out of force, but with relief and flow.

What is ThetaHealing®?

ThetaHealing® is a subtle yet profound inner work that helps you connect with your subconscious levels through meditation.


During the process, memories, feelings, and internal patterns that are still being processed by the soul and that can impact our current life situations may surface.

 

We look at these feelings together, in a safe space, and observe the reactions, ingrained emotional responses, and beliefs that were once formed – often in childhood – for protection and security.

 

The purpose of ThetaHealing® is not to “fix” anyone, but to help you reframe and release limiting beliefs that no longer serve you and that may be holding you back from living a freer, more balanced life.


In the process, these patterns can transform into positive, supportive beliefs.

 

It's that simple.
And yet it is deeply liberating.

Who do I recommend it to?

I wholeheartedly recommend this method if you feel you are not satisfied with your current life situation, want to make a change, or if you want to support your child during a difficult time.

 

It is important for me to emphasize that respect for free will is one of the fundamental principles of ThetaHealing®.


You can only ask for help for your own life and your own processes – we cannot decide for others and we cannot change for others.

At the same time, you have the opportunity to alleviate, resolve, or even completely let go of the anxieties, fears, and frustrations that arise within you, even if they are related to another person or a specific life situation.


Change thus starts within – and often the outside world follows.

Why do I work with ThetaHealing®?

I chose ThetaHealing® because for me this method does not work with force, but with understanding and compassion.


It focuses not on suppressing symptoms, but on what is really waiting to change inside.

 

On my own journey, I have also experienced that many difficulties do not begin where they first appear.


ThetaHealing® gives us the opportunity to gently yet honestly look at the subconscious patterns and beliefs that have long influenced our feelings, decisions, and lives.

 

What really touched me about this method was the respect .


Respect for the pace of the soul.
Respect for free will.
And respect that change happens when we are ready for it.

 

I don't believe in quick "fixes".


I believe that when we can work on ourselves in a safe space, without judgment , relief and change will emerge naturally – in its own time.

 

That's why I work with this technique.
Because it gives space .
Because it liberates .
And because it triggers real, internal change .

These are the most frequently recurring life situations and blockages that I have encountered over and over again on my own journey and in the stories of those who have approached me.

It is not necessary to relive the same pain over and over again for years for change to occur.
Many people choose to process through regular, longer conversations – and this is a completely valid path.


Any method in which we give attention, care, and responsibility to ourselves is valuable.

The point is to get going.


So that we dare to step towards an easier, more truthful life, and not get stuck in the belief that "this is what I got".
This is not a final truth – just a story that can be rewritten.

Don't give up!


Hope is present even when it is hard to see – even in situations that have lasted for months or years.

Many problems often have the same underlying internal pattern or experience behind them, which can affect multiple areas of life.
ThetaHealing® can provide support at this deeper level.


It doesn't promise a miracle cure-all, but in many cases it can bring quick relief, while in other situations it takes time, awareness, and subtle transformation of our own thinking and behavioral patterns for the change to be lasting.

You don't have to solve everything at once - sometimes a single step towards yourself is enough, because relief and a new direction often start with a quiet inner decision.
